I adore every single one of Melanie's classroom themes and I am LOVING the surprises of her 2014 Back to School Reveal. But the Rainbow Chalkboard collection holds a very special place in my heart because it is the collection I use in my own classroom.
Melanie and I teamed up last summer (we only live an hour apart and we are great friends) to design my classroom after my entire school moved into a new building. It was so much work, but so worth it! Especially because I was given the first peek at this new design. Melanie intended to wait until now to reveal the Rainbow Chalkboard theme but she chose to release it seven months early because she knew it would be absolutely perfect in my classroom and it fit my style to a "T" - I told you we were good friends!

Melanie and I decided to pair her Rainbow Chalkboard collection with lime green, teal, and pink accents throughout my classroom. I love every single detail.
The silhouettes of children playing are my absolute favorite part of the classroom. Images for the silhouettes are included in the SchoolgirlStyle shop. I recently dedicated an entire blog post to answering questions about the silhouettes in my classroom and my bright yellow file cabinets.
